Public Health England Employer Pack including cover sheet and list of resources. 

This resource pack is designed to help PHE Health Protection Teams (HPTs), Local Authorities (LAs) and food manufacturing employers with planning and preparation for outbreaks, and in outbreak investigation and management.

For the purposes of the pack, food manufacturers are defined as all businesses involved in manufacturing, processing, or warehousing/picking/packaging of food.

 

This template notice can be used to communication to workers on site that there has been an outbreak of Covid-19 on site and inform them of the steps that they should take and who to contact for further information.  

The Line List template is a Public Health England tool that can be used to record in one place the details of workers involved in a potential Covid-19 outbreak including symptoms and test results.

This template letter is to be used to communicate with staff and workers that they have not been identified as having had close workplace contact with staff members who have tested positive.

This template letter is to be used to communicate with staff and workers that they have been identified as a close contact of a staff member who has tested positive and provides guidance on the required next steps.
